I usually write a Halloweenesque column that focuses on the rules of Trick-or-Treating. But with the pandemic and quarantine happening, I figured that I needed a new theme. This year, I’m going to give you tips on What To Do If You Find Yourself In A Horror Movie.

I was looking on Facebook over the weekend, and a friend of mine shared a photo from a store she was in. All you could see were lighted and decorated Christmas trees. You read that correctly. And it wasn’t in a Christmas store.

Halloween is almost here. My husband and I have noticed that in the last few years we’ve been getting quite a lot of—ahem–older trick-or-treaters. Like practically college age. So we’ve come up with some more rules this year that we’d like the kids to follow.
