Technical Difficulties
By Michele Wojciechowski on March 12, 2021
Since my husband has also been working from home during the entire pandemic, I’ve noticed some things that I do when I’m home by myself. Well, these are things I would normally do when I’m working at home, but I’ve never noticed them before until he started alerting me to them.

He’s Too Sexy for His Pants
By Michele Wojciechowski on January 14, 2021
My husband is a tough man to buy gifts for. This isn’t because he’s picky about them. He just doesn’t really want for much. Seriously. It’s probably a good thing, as I’m the opposite. I can see a catalog and think, “Wow—this would look great in the living room” or “I would love to have […]

What Day Is It?
By Michele Wojciechowski on October 1, 2020
I never thought I’d be this way. At least not until I retired. But let’s face it—writers never really retire. They tend to drop dead at their desks. I’d actually like to go in my sleep. So perhaps I’ll fall asleep on my desk—and then drop dead. Though I don’t want that to happen for […]

Cleanliness is Next to Sloppiness
By Michele Wojciechowski on September 22, 2020
During this pandemic and its related quarantine, I’ve learned quite a bit about myself. I love sitting on the front porch and watching nature. I love having my husband work from home. Oh, and evidently, I’m both a neatnik and a total slob at the same time. Think these two ways of living can’t possible […]

Purging Piles of Paper
By Michele Wojciechowski on September 2, 2020
As a writer, I have a big problem. It’s not writer’s block. (Sometimes it is, but we won’t tempt the fates by talking about it.) It’s not thinking about what to discuss at the water cooler. (I work from home, and my dogs can’t talk…yet.) It’s not even trying to figure out what outfits I’ll […]

The Ants are Marching…All Over My Kitchen
By Michele Wojciechowski on April 17, 2010
I don’t like bugs.
Really. I can’t stand them at all.
Okay, I like butterflies, but they are pretty. So I guess I don’t like ugly bugs, which leaves quite a few kabillion of them.
But I live by the adage of “Live and let live.” If they don’t bother me, I won’t bother them.
