A film that could have been made in the 40’s or 50’s about a young woman trying to make her way in the male-dominated big business in New York City. Starring Harrison Ford, Sigourney Weaver (Oscar-Nominated) and in one of her first big films, Melanie Griffith (Oscar-Nominated). Directed by Mike Nichols it is a look back at the 80’s, including the hairstyles. Oh…and that song, “Let the River Run” by Carly Simon (Academy Award winner for Best Original Song).
