The crew discusses the movie that eventually gave birth to MTV, 1964’s A Hard Day’s Night. This film was released after the Fab Four made their American TV debut on The Ed Sullivan Show. This zany and joyous film was an “exaggerated day in the life” of The Beatles and where their personalities were established. A great soundtrack with huge Beatles hits including “Can’t Buy Me Love” and the title song (which was written in 24 hours). Joining us on tonight’s show is Sean’s friend Mike, a self described “Beatlemaniac”.
